My sim card got stolen

So I ordered an Unlimited Flex plan in the past, it got delivered and someone stole it probably. Since then I talked to the English support team, they told me that the card can not be used and made me a new contract, and my new SIM card arrived days later, and I’m using it now.

The stolen card just got activated today, is there a way it could be deactivated?

I have all the information about the contract
