Hello O2 community,
my second sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times (i though i needed to enter my pin code of my second sim).
I need to restore it but I my PUK code is not working (I still have the card) and have no access to an account on Mein o2 (so please don’t ask me to go there to check my puk code).
I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German.
Can you help me? I have my contract with me.

Did you already find a solution in order to get access to your sim-card again?
You are right, a registration at “Mein o2” is not possible for you at the moment. If you are not willing to call our hotline, the only solution that is left over is to order a new sim-card as
