I can see the customer code but can't read it so can you send me in post please

You should have chosen the personal 4 digit code yourself when you first ordered your contract. If you do not remember it anymore, then we could sent it to you by letter.

from what I can see you’ve changed your address recently. As such we can’t immediately send out the personal code to you, this gets blocked for 14 days following an address change.
Do you have an o2 Shop nearby? With an ID you should be able to ask for your personal code there.

Offcourse recently i have sent a letter for address change and request for code.I went to o2 shop in Offenbach today. Where I request to change bank account for billing through form. O2 team member scanned my form and sent to customer care. But it is not near my house..I will wait for 14 days. After14 days I will request you here also. Thanks for your kind response.
