Hi, I am trying to log in to My O2 app for the past few weeks but it is giving me an error and I can’t see my data consumption. Can someone please help me with it.

I have attached a screenshot of my problem.

do you get the same error if you try to login to mein o2 via a Browser instead of the app? That aside is this on iOS or Android and is the mein o2 App running the newest version?

I can’t login on website at all. It always redirects to O2 community. I never seen to open Mein O2 anywhere.

Hello @haris.v ,

if you get redirected to the community then you are probably entering the credentials for your community account and not for the contract itself. Have you already registered the contract to mein o2? If that is the case then try to use the phone number instead of an emailaddress for your username.
