my internet connection doesnot work

Altough I have 5 GB connection, it doesnot work and O2 wants me to upload money again and if i donot upload it doesnot let me to use my connection. Can you please fix this and let me to have my normal sim kart?

There are currently restrictions on prepaid contracts. However, these are already being processed.

Thanks so much for fast answer. I wonder that when it can be fixed because i work in Lieferando and tomorrow morning i have a shift so i will need to use my connection?

Can you describe the situation in a little more detail? Is it about mobile or DSL? Is the interference currently still present or was it only there for a short time?
