I´m moving to a new address that O2 internet/cable is not available. Naturally they will not be able to provide the contracted service. In that case, can it be canceled? If so, would I have to pay a penalty?

Zur Antwort springenYes, you can terminate the contract early and yes you have to pay a penalty of three months basic charge. You need to request that your connection is moved to the new address (Umzugsauftrag). o2 will then inform you whether or not a connection at your new address is possible. If not, you can terminate the contract on the date you move.
