Hello guys I'm new in Deutschland and my Deutsch is still very weak, I've got my unlimited SIM card by ordering it online and I'm trying to figure out how am I going to pay O2 the monthly fees... I didn't make the order directly soo I'm not sure if my bank account details are in listed so they could take the money directly from the bank? I also I don't have online bank I actually don't know any thing or anyone here I'm like Alice in wonder land but with out her friends

In Germany contracts are usually paid via SEPA Direct Debit. You need a bank account somewhere in the European Economic Area (EEA). Your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) starting with DE for Germany or BE for Belgium and so on is the only information, besides your name, that Telefónica (o2) needs from you.
During the ordering process you have to give them your IBAN. You can check in “My o2” which IBAN is deposited in your account.

Hello Herr Alex thank you, I've checked meine o2 and my IBAN is there, it's just on 18/5 im going under surgery and on 19/5 I have to pay the fee so I just don't want to be stressed with payments while recovering

Hello.. i have same issue .. I ordered sim and phone online i pay them 1 euro from my bank account.. but by mistake i put wrong password on my o2 app they blocked my o2 account . Now i don't they deduct payment from my account or not .
Or it will make issue for me
And my sim card also not activated from the website
