My monthly bill is increased automatically from 21.50 Euro to 48.18 Euro. I have seen just now. 

Why is it increased and what can I do.??

Have you looked at the bill? If you compare it to the last one you should be able to see what you have been charged for this month that you were not charged for last month.


How can I see the bill??
