Money not topped up

Hello
please solve my issue. I have topped up amount via the bank transfer. Put the correct reference number , but still the money has not been credited in my 02 . My balance has expired.

The money has been deducted from my bank successfully few days ago. I still have not received any top up. My package has expired. 
please upgrade my package.

Did you order a new pack with data for your prepaid number after topping up via bank transfer?

If you ordered a new pack, did you receive a confirmation via SMS or via E-Mail?

No I am waiting for the money to be topped up, so i could order a new pack.
I did not receive any message that money has been credited.

 

I tried to order a new pack and I received a message, but since no money was there. It was cancelled.

I could take a look, on Saturday your prepaid number has been topped up and then the prepaid data pack M with 5GB for 9,99 € has been activated.

No, I am talking about another amount. The only reason, I topped up this amount because the money from my bank was not credited. I credited 50 euro. I could send you the transaction details, please look at those for me. 
My 50 euro is still not credited. 
Only 10 euro from sms is topped up.

did you transfer the 50 € to this account of us:

And did you use your phone number plus the 4-digit check number? 

You will recieve this number by sending a free SMS to 56656, with the content “Bank”

I have the exact same situation .
I have transferred 14 Euros from my commerzebank account to my O2 account on Saturday 15th March and it has not been credited in my O2 account. I have to again transfer(15 Euros) from my crd to recharge it.
But my 14 Euro money is still not credited.
Kindly help. Here is the screenshot of my bank transfer and also of my O2 account credit details

Nice to hear, that the issue is already fixed. I guess there was a typo anywhere in the transfer? 
If not, we are curious to know, why it didn’t work out in first place (just in case someone has the same problem in the future 😄)
