money deducted from my account but not shown in my O2 account

I did a recharge today for my number with 15.49 euros but it isn't highlighted in my O2 account. This amount however has been deducted from my bank account

delete your phone number here in your account.

did you make a transfer? The top-up will then be booked on Monday at the earliest.

Yes, I made the transfer through online banking. The money has been deducted from my bank account.

I still haven't received the deducted money in my O2 account. It's been 4 days already.

I could take a look, on 25. 15 € were topped up and the Prepaid S data pack ordered and activated, then on the 30. again 15 € were topped up and the Prepaid M data pack for 14,99 € has been ordered and activated.

But I added 15 Euros twice on 25th. Only one of them was highlighted in the o2 app but two different deductions of 15 euros each was done from my bank account.

One of the transactions is highlighted as Alphacomm Solutions and other as ACS in my bank account

I already did a couple of times. It's been two weeks since I had this problem. I've tried to call and contact in multiple ways.

This is just crap service.

Dann wurde die 2. Aufladung wohl erst am 30. gebucht, denn ​@o2_Gerrit schrieb am 31.1.25 (siehe oben)

Jeweils nach Aufladung wurden Packs gebucht und aktiviert, das sollte sich auch in "mein o2" aus den "Aufladungen & Abbuchungen" ersehen lassen.

No, I did a separate recharge on 30th January. That was my 3rd recharge. Kindly check again

To clarify again, I did two recharges on 25th January and one on 30th January. But my O2 account highlights only 2 recharges, one on 25th and one on 30th
