I prchased Google pixel 5 from O2 Dortmund Thier Galary on 17 Oct and i should receive with in 4/5 days but after 2 weeks still, i did not receive Invoice for my phone.
I need that invoice to reddem offer from google for Headphone and last date is 11 Nov.
Can you please provide the Invoice as soon as possible.

If you have puchased your smartphone with a store or o2 shop, you receive your invoice directly on site. If it wasn’t handed over to you, please contact the store again as we don’t have access to their invoices.
