Mobile phone contract does not appear in my O2 account

Hi,

 

Last week I ordered a phone with sim (so new contract for O2 Free M tarrif)  and received everything yesterday. 
My question is why isn't this new contract appearing in my O2 account (I see only the DSL contract)? I order the phone online from on O2 website while being logged in into my account. 

Is there something that I should be doing to be able to see both DSL and Mobile in the O2 account? Or if they are separate how do I access the Mobile contract?

Happy to give extra information if needed.

Good that you contact us here concerning your mobile phone contract. I confirm that your mobile phone contract is not appearing under the account of your DSL-contract. 

 

In order to simplify my search, I just have sent you a private message via @o2_Support in order to get some more details. Please reply there to my request.

As you already found out, your DSL-contract and your mobile phone-contract are listed under 2 different accounts. 

 

As you wish that your 2 contracts should be under the same account, I just corrected that free of charge for you. The change will take up to 24 hours. 

 

Additionally, you will receive a combination-benefit of 5€ so that altogether you will have a discount of 22,50 €.
