It's been a month which I am trying to contact o2 customer service. Sometimes they are talking rude because I don't speak German but some how I had a lot of communication with them and they said I can terminate my mobile contract and prepared sim contract immediately because of special case. I already leave the Germany permanently and customer service said I can terminate my contracts via email but I did not receive any email that I can give reply or to send an termination. My bank account will close soon in Germany and I don't want to gone missing without paying so please give me a suggestion and and at least provide a details to payout my mobile phone bill and immediate termination of sim contract. I hope at least from here I will get some replies or updates. Looking forward to hear from you guys.
