Mobile Device Return and getting my Money back


i have bought IPhone 13 pro max 128 and want to Return it and get my money back so what should i do !

Hi @Serageldin94,

you can only return the product and get your money back if you send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de within 14 days of receiving the product. 

Please use the o2 “Logistik Center” then: https://logistik.telefonica.de/o2

I have sent them the email with the documents but they didn’t respond till now

Should i wait for them to respond or just after sending the email i should start the return of my phone using o2 logistics

you can start with the return after you have sent the mail. :nerd:
Just use the “Logistik Center” which MXP_Alex mentioned.

Another question plz 

i will return it today  and my last day of the 14 days is 19/12/2021

so it might be delivered to them after that day because of Christmas and delivery delay

so will it be return eligible or what

if you sent us your iPhone within the 14 days everything is okay. A possible delivery delay isn’t relevant, it’s only important to send it back withing the withdrawal period.
