I ordered a mobile phone “ SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 5G 256GB, VIOLETT “ and i receive it on the 22th of last September, my question is that i don't know how to make the monthly payment for the phone. The amount was not taken from my bank account until now, i cant even revive the invoice, i don't see my order in my O2 account. I don't have an o2 sim card i just ordered the phone to pay it in settlements.

Haven't you received your cell phone bill yet?
There is also the installment plan, where you can see everything again. The contract number can also be found on the invoice, with which you can register in Mein o2 to see the installment plan.
Did o2 ask you to pay a higher rate for your cell phone?
Example: The cell phone should cost 45 euros one-time and 35 euros a month. o2 had sent you an email stating that you had to pay 185 euros in order to get the cell phone. The reason is: 45 euros + 4 x 35 euros = 185 euros. With the deposit you had transferred the one-off payment and 4 installments to o2 and only after the 5th month do you have to pay again for the mobile phone.

I hope that you have already received the o2 My Handy-invoice with the rates. You find there also the order-number (Vertragsnummer). If you miss it, just let me know.
After the registration, you will see the rates of your device and when exactly you need to pay.
As tearsbeforecrying already asked, is it possible that you received an AccepteMail where you payed a certain amount with a payment-link?
