Mein O2 ios app Fehler OCQYIICY9A

When I login to mein o2 app on my iPhone, I get this error

The app is upto date  i can logjn in web but not on app 

What can be done to solve this ?

Yes. Trying to login with my phone number. Same works on web

did you try it on different times or did the message show up once?

I am just asking because sometimes the app is temporalily not available for a few minutes.

I did different times and same almost a month. What changes is the error code

Browser is not the issue. App on IPhone is

Hi ​@ShakenNStirred,

the setup of a different standard browser could be the solution.

Do you have the latest iOS (18.2.1) and the carrier settings (“o2-de 61.0”) installed? Just to make sure everything is updated.

I am on iOS 18.2.1 and have Carrier → O2-de 61.0

Changed default browser to Firefox and still same fehler but different code :-/

I followed that and deleted the cookie and data. Still same error but different code.

Hello ​@ShakenNStirred,

can you please try to log out (in the app its called “Abmelden”)? Then just delete the app and install it again. When starting the app, please log in manually without automatic login from iOS or copy-pasting the password. 

After this, it should be working.
