Mein O2 app - App login 403 error


Hallo,

Kürzlich habe ich eine O2 Simkarte genommen und die Mein O2 App installiert. Ich habe die gleichen Anmeldedaten wie auf der Website verwendet und es zeigt mir 403 Fehler. Könnten Sie mir bitte helfen, dieses Problem zu lösen, ich muss diese App verwenden, um Internet-Aufladung zu erhalten.

Unfortunately not yet, but that is planned by o2. But so far it's not possible as far as I know.

I’m a prepaid customer, I would like to activate the following option. But I dont see any option for this in Meinn O2 App. Can anyone help me with this?

What do I need for O2 my Internet-to-Go?
All you need is a SIM card for O2 my Internet-to-Go, an active data flat rate and an LTE router. Everything is already included in our starter package. A monthly flat rate with unlimited data volume is included for the first 31 days after activation of the SIM card.

If I understand that correctly, you need an extra card for this, it won't work with your prepaid card. But better wait for a o2 moderator what he says about it.

 I just looked at my card, I can't find this option with me. I think you need a different tariff to be able to use this option. Please wait for an o2 moderator to reply, he can help you better
