manual payment


Hi I recently paid my O2 bill. But i put my mobile number instead of the Kunden nummer. How can I proceed? It still not reflected in my o2 app. Thanks.

You will need to call customer services and speak to the billing department to have your payment traces and correctly applied to your account.

Thank you. I already call them just now. They said ny payment just posted yesterday. But stil unklarkheiten zur rechnung in my o2 app. When will this be reflected?
