Mandasreferentz

Hi,

where can I find my Mandatsreferenz number (UMR, Unique Mandate reference)? Is it the same as my Kundennummer? I need it to set up an approvel for direct SEPA debit.
Also, is this Glaubiger-Identifikationsnummer (CID, Creditor identifier) xxx62 for the direct sepa debit correct?

You want to fill out a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, so we will charge automatically your fee from your bank account?

Normally this two numbers are not filled out by you.

We just need your “Kundennummer” and your personal data.

The Gläubiger ID (payee identifier) and Mandatsreferenz (mandate identifier)  are notified to you by the payee after you have set up the direct debit to enable you to identify the payments. They also appear on your bank statement. You do not need them to set up the direct debit. Just fill in the form and return it to o2.
