Hi, i’m ordered a MacBook Pro for 24 months and unfortunately i’m can’t take it from the delivery man. 
I get a mail, it was written that the order would be canceled. So i’m trying to order again and the O2 canceled again and again.

When I didn´t understand your messages right, then I am sorry for this. Is it right, that it was 4-5 times not possible for you to pick up the package? Of course o2 will cancel the orders then every time, because the packages comes back to us. Therefore I beg you to order the product when it is possible for you to receive the Package. Beyond that I don´t have an idea how I can help you.

Please write me, when you have futher information for me. 😊

I´m sorry, that your orders were cancelled. Is in the mail the information why your Order was cancelled?

Hi, yes i couldn't pick up the package from the delivery after i get an email and my order canceled.

For shure, when the Pakage cant arrive you, than it comes back to us and then we cancel the order. How many orders did you do in the meantime?

I ordered again 4-5 times maybe, but everytime the O2 canceled.
