I ordered the MacBook pro from o2 some days ago, when it was about to reach my place, I was not at home and they delivery company is now sending it back to the original sender. I called the customer support and told them not to cancel my order and send me back again. They told me that they put reorder in the special department. I want to know in this case will they send the same order again to me or they will cancel. I am worried.

welcome to our community. 🍃

If a unit is not accepted, it is returned to us. The unit will then be automatically cancelled and booked out when it arrives with us and will normally then need to be re-ordered.

Thanks alot for your reply.

but the customer support told me that they already re ordered for me and i should wait for the email from the delivery company , i am completely confused by this statement too much, also in my o2 app it shows that in november i will be charged for the installment.

I just checked and can tell you the following: no new unit has been actively ordered yet. However, an order has been forwarded to the relevant processing department (returns) with the information that the device should be sent to you again as soon as the return has been processed. At the moment we have to ask for a little patience. For the time being, it is best to wait for the legitimate return and the documentation of this process.

Thankyou so much for your reply. I just got an email that the return has been accepted and the amounts I paid will be refunded. As far as my query is I wanted the same order to be sent back to me. Anyways, I want to ask what will be the next step. Do I have to make a new order or should I wait for the same order to be given back to me :)

a new order has been booked, but it was refused because for reasons of creditworthiness. 😕

I'll write to my colleagues to ask if they can check this again, as the first Macbook could also be booked.
