Had you already registered your phone number for Mein o2 before you lost your sim card?

I used before lost login with SMS to manage my account in Mein o2 not with complete registering .
I don’t have access to my main Email as it has two authentication with my SIM number and Ilost my phone too.
When I clicking on this link you sent it redirect to home page of O2. this o2 account I log in with not connected to my SIM number, just I register here yesterday with a new email to asking my question.
Please let me know if needs to provide any document for identification for doing the job here.

Just one solution comes to my mind transferring the number to another operator as prepaid and returning to O2 at a time to keep the number prepaid without forcing you to learn the german language for talking with customer service and defect of customer service for prepaid in English.

In general, the easiest way to get a new card is by a shop.
Do you have another shop near you, where you can ask for a new card?

You can't get a replacement card for a prepaid SIM in a shop!

Have you recieved your replacement SIM by now?
If so, i advise you to complete the registration for Mein O2 as well, so you have more control over your prepaid card, it’s packs, etc.
