ever since I transferred my number to a different provider in June 2019, I cannot login anymore to "Mein O2" using my O2 phone number (that has been transferred) or my registered email. Consequently, I cannot access my "Rechnung" and my "Allgemeine Informationen zu Ihrer Abschlussrechnung". 😞 Could somebody help me here please?
I need to access and have backup to all my previous receipts.
