In the beginning, more than two weeks I couldn’t receive an email for order confirmation. After many messages in all possible ways to you, I finally received this email and confirmed the order. I was informed that the SIM card will be delivered to my mailbox within 2-3 business days.

Another week has passed, and I still haven't received the SIM card. However, today I received an email with information that in order to activate a SIM card, I need to verify my identity using an ID. And in order to do this, I need to enter the phone number that is indicated on the SIM card.

Is this a joke? What kind of service is this? I heavily considering to choose Vodafone as my mobile provider now.

sorry to hear that. Did you already get your sim card or is it still missing? Is your address where the sim card should be delivered still up to date? Just asking in case it couldn’t get delivered properly.
