In the beginning, more than two weeks I couldn’t receive an email for order confirmation. After many messages in all possible ways to you, I finally received this email and confirmed the order. I was informed that the SIM card will be delivered to my mailbox within 2-3 business days.
Another week has passed, and I still haven't received the SIM card. However, today I received an email with information that in order to activate a SIM card, I need to verify my identity using an ID. And in order to do this, I need to enter the phone number that is indicated on the SIM card.
Is this a joke? What kind of service is this? I heavily considering to choose Vodafone as my mobile provider now.
