Issues Regarding My Recent O2 Contract

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing okay. I have two questions regarding my O2 contract. In november I made a contract with a device. Below are the details and my payment plan: 

 

I made the initial payment and went on with my life. However, in December I was charged 69€ for the device and 45€ for the data package itself which makes 114€ in total. I does not make any sense at all!. I should be paying 79,49€ each month as stated in the contract. There must be a misunderstanding. This is like a daylight robbery.

 

Secondly, the limit for my data package is normally 30GB. However, I wasn’t given +30GB extra data volume as well. This was not provided to me in the last two months.

 

 I need your urgent help on this issue. I would be glad if you guys could help me out!

Your first bill probably included the connection fee of EUR 39.99. This is probably the reason that the bill in the first month may be a little higher.

To be on the safe side, please take a look at the second page of your bill for this month, where all the components are listed individually.

The additional data volume is being booked automatically. It should be displayed in the Mein o2 App and also in the customer portal Mein o2. Can you make a screenshot if this is not the case?
