issue on prepaid S

I just purchased a prepaid S but in my O2 account, there is no mention of the plan and instead ist shows a O2 loop plan.

 

So i cannot see any credit, and the doubel GB in my account.

Did you buy a new card? Or did you just book a new tariff?
What is the current status - has your pack been activated in the meantime?

I went to the shop to get more information.

Apparently the loop plan is the basic one and on top I got the prepaid S. 

 

The issue was that from the desktop app the prepaid S was not shown.

But it is present in the O2 app.

 

So, i guess all good
