Hello, At my current address, I once had an offer with 5G internet at home. When I check the availability it now only shows 16mb/s DSL. What happened? Can I still book the 5G plan?
Additionally, my login for this forum no longer worked, so I have just created a new username.

@o2_Giulia thanks for the response. About the login, I had another username with previous history in this community, but seems I can’t access it any longer. Was trying to access the forum for a new Tarif offer, but I got one on the phone yesterday, so all good.
The availability of the mobile network can indeed change from time to time. So if o2Home with LTE/5G is currently not available, we can unfortunately only offer alternative tariffs or technologies.
Regarding your login: what exactly is not working, you receive an error message?
