iphone 16 pro max delivery

I preordered the iphone 16 pro max at a shop on 26/09/2024 and it was supposed to come within this weak . I received the emails with the order number but when i check the status on the order it says that there is no order with the data i provide . Also at the app i cant visualize the phone neither the contract

I've checked your order and found out that everything is OK. Your new iPhone will be sent to you in the next few days, but we can't give you an exact time frame yet.

i simply haded the iphone at the existing contrat .

I have signed new documents with a vo number if u are referring to that.

I was a o2 client before the iphone but on the contractts list I dont see the iphone
