Did you already check your e-mails? Did you get an e-mail-confirmation with an order-number for your iPhone? If yes, you are able to check the delivery-status by using this link: Order Status
If you have already your new sim-card, you have the possibility to activate it here:
Just have a look under the point “Activating your SIM”
You can of course use your sim-card already seperately from your iPhone in all devices where the sim-card fits in.
I hope that your iPhone will arrive soon.

But I didnt get any comfirmation Email with Order Number. I even paid for ‘ die einmalige Anzahlung für das IPHONE 13 PRO MAX 512GB in Höhe von 1,00 €’. via correct Email payment system.
I can wait for delivery but i am wondering why i didnt get any comfirmation Email with order number. Since I paid ‘1 Euro’ and already have new Simcard.
It would be so nice of you when you let me know if my order has been sucessfully on system and have comfirmation Email too.

I just had a detailed look for you now.
Unfortunately, the bank-account that you mentioned when ordering the IPHONE 13 PRO MAX 512GB was not the same that you used when you payed the prepayment with the AcceptEmail-Link.
Therefore, the delivery was not accepted.
The only solution that I can offer to you is to order the iPhone again.
How will you decide now?

That was my mistake.
If its possible I would like to cancel whole order (Mobile Contract + Iphone 13 pro max 512) and order again by myself.
