At the end of March I cancelled my Mobile and MyHome numbers, I got the confirmation E-Mail that both are going to be cancelled on 25.04.2024.
Today I got the e-mail that there will be payment for the mobile number for month April, which I thought was cancelled.
Is this going to be the last one or the contract isn’t cancelled like it is said in my confirmation?

this is normal since we bill retroactively. So for example in April you paid for March, that’s why you’ll be getting a bill for the time up until the deactivation of the contract some time after the contract itself has ended.

Look at the invoice period shown. If it goes up to 25th April then yes, it will be the last one. If not you will receive one more invoice in May for the remaining days.

as bs0 wrote you’d have to check the bill itself. If it is the last, then it’s titles as “Abschlussrechnung” and would cover the time period up to the 25th of April.
