Invoice paid but I cannot use the services.

I paid the invoice for both months because, for some reason, the payment was not debited from my new bank account on 22.10.2025. I cannot download the eSIM cards, I cannot change the bank details or do anything else. I have already sent you an email with proof of payment. Could you please assist me?

First, check the customer portal under Invoice/Annual Overview to see if your payment has been received.
