invoice


I purchased a smartphone from o2 via installment. My order was processed successfully last Feb 18 and I receive my phone Feb 22. Since then, I have not received an invoice. Will I recieve my invoices via email? Or I can check it on their website? Thank you in advance.

the invoice will be send by snail mail.

the invoice + instalment plan from hardware-only orders will we sent approximately one week after the arrival of the phone via...like schluej said “snail mail”. 

Did you already get your invoice?

have you registered your contract already? In that case you should be able to just access it through the mein o2 account?

Where exactly are you having issues with accessing the documents online?

I purchased a phone without a Tariff. I tried registering my mobile number in the o2 app but it won‘t allow me to. Thanks for answering.

I guess it‘s asking me to enter my contract number. I haven‘t received any.

Did you receive the postal invoice already? You need the contract number to register in the Mein o2 app. Since you do not have a phone number from us, registering will not work using your phone number.

The process of registering as Hardware (MyHandy) customer is as follows:

  1. Receive the postal Invoice and locate the contract number
  2. Register your account using the contract number here:
    https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/my-handy
  3. Write down the Username and Password you set
  4. Login to the Mein o2 App using your previously set Username and Password


I have also sent you a private Message to make sure your problem will be solved.
