Dear sir,

I am hereby to request for my whole invocie from 2019-till 2021,

O2 Home spot, EPOS02006258XXXXX,

 

Can you please sent it to me?  the internet has stoped for over 10 month, do not know why?

 and i need the invoice in urgently.

@@ get more confused

iam getting notice email every month, but non of them are invoice,

my accounter told me, shall not pay anymoney if its not an invoice from O2.

i want collect all invoice for the payment done in 2019-2020, so  please help me out.

Could you please tell us what kind monthly notice you get?

Maybe you can share a picture of it here (but please remove any personal data or information) 

we would like to take a closer look at it.
