Internnet Issue

There is no internet connection in Sinzheim, germany. Is there a problem with the connection and if so when is supposed to be normal again??

Hi @Pran ,

the only tower in the area is currently not fully operational.

Our network department is already working on improving things, but it may take a while for it to fully get fixed.

We can’t tell you a specific date just yet, I’m afraid. You can also use our Live-Check to check the current status:
