Internet speed

Dear all, my internet speed is just awful. I am working from home and download / upload speed are just awful.. I cannot take the video calls from work.

 

I restarted several times, changed the place where the router is located, but nothing seems to be working. What has happened since Monday (29.03.2021)? My zip code is 51379.

I regret that you are not happy with your internet-connection. 

 

As you talk about a router, I suppose that you use your o2 My Home M (LTE/5G), right? Nice that you tried already different places in your room. 

 

Did you already check our Livecheck online, if you see any disturbances in your area?

Did you already reset your router?

Do you only have bad experiences with video-calls or also with normal internet-connections?

 

If you have checked everything, but nothing works out, then go to our livecheck and fill out the exact address. Press on the ´button “Ich bin nicht einverstanden” in order to transfer your issue to our technicians.
