I use a postpeid account for a mobile phone (I pay for a subscription), within the package I should have unlimited internet (it’s O2) which is not working for me. I'm curently in the Netherlands. I can make calls and write sms but the internet doesn't work. Phone number is xyz

Well, your SIM-card is locked because of arrears of payment. Your last bill was not payed and the next is payable in two days.
