Hi. I have an o2 homebox 6742 and the internet light is blue and the same light also blinks red. All other leds are off. Any suggestion?

Take the Power supply out for 5 minutes.

 

I did but it did not solve it.

Call the hotline tomorrow. have you try to use the reset button on the back? Press for 45 seconds?
