Hello, I moved abroad in February this year. In June, I sent the letter of cancellation along with the deregistration letter from Germany, confirmation of my new address by the Belgian authorities, I received a confirmation from you confirming my request for cancellation. Then, I had to continue paying for a few months, then I also got another invoice for the remaining amount, which I also paid. However, I keep receiving invoices from you asking to continue paying the monthly fee. Then, I send another letter to:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG,Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg

 This letter stated the amounts that have been paid, I included a printout of your email of you confirming my cancelation, but I received a reply saying you never received cancellation request. This is completely contradictory and an impossible scenario to navigate. Can you please assist? My account should be completely settled but you insist on making me pay more.

This situation doesn’t sound very nice, moving countries is already stressful enough.

Did you by any chance have more than one contract with us? Maybe a mobile plan and an internet plan? If so, did you cancel both of them at once?
