What does the contract say that you signed? 24 months or 1 month?

I am new here in Germany , the contract which he gives was by Germaniens language. He said that it’s writing there that I can stope it when I want , they had there cameras with audio and I asked him 2 times about that I would like to stop it in a few months, he said yes its possible.

You signed a contract you didn't understand? I know it doesn't help now but you really should have taken a German speaker with you to be sure. What the seller tells you doesn't change what the signed contract states.

Yes I understand. I just trusted him . I though that it’s a big company so it’s normal . But he used that I don’t understand what’s whats in the contract. They even didn’t give me the contact when I asked a copy  

The first what I asked from him it was a contract for I phone 14 pro max , it was costing around 75€ it’s for 24 month . But he tried in the system and he said it not working . And I came to him after some time and I asked about SIM without contact for 2 years . Just for internet which I can stop it when I want . He says yes its cost 79€ . He said it’s more than the contract of Telefon because it’s possible to stope it . That’s why I accept

@Bakkeli1991 the most expensive unlimited o2 mobile contract cost monthly 62,99 Euro. What is the name of your o2 mobile tariff? 

He makes for me a Vodafone contract 

@Bakkeli1991 You pay now for two mobile contracts? One from o2 and one from Vodafone?

No I was in the shop of O2 in Greven 48268 and they make for me this contract of Vodafone. 

@Bakkeli1991 It wasn't just an o2 shop, but an independent retailer shop offering o2, Telekom, Vodafone, etc contracts. If it a Vodafone tariff, you must contact Vodafone. 
edited: If I look right in the internet, the dealer offers o2 and Vodafone contracts.
