Immediate number portability

Hi O2 team,  

I'd like to take my O2 prepaid number to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number 0176 **** 5800 for porting immediately? There has just enough remaining for the number porting.

I tried to call the hotline but it wasn't successful ..
