Hi O2 team, 

I‘d like to take my O2 prepaid number to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number 0176 **** 5800 for porting immediately? There has just enough remaining for the number porting.

I tried to call the hotline but it wasn’t successful..

Thanks in advance and waiting for the number release.

Unfortunately we are a little bit late to solve your request. It is already done. 

If you have a remaining amount after paying the porting fee you can fill in the form and get the money back to your bank account.
