Your mother can ask her bank to return the money.
Hello @Oanac, welcome to our o2 community :-)
If an unexplanable deduction from the bank account all of the sudden appears it is always a good advice to try to clear this issue. Have the bank return hte deduction is one way, contacting the police and/ or the company that deducted the money is also a good suggestion.
If you want us to have a deeper look into this just leave a note in this thread and we will have a look into this as soon as possible, of course you also can contact our colleagues via phone.
Regards,
Lars

Thank you
Yes I woul like a deeper look on this I have the references , mandate numbers and copies with all transactions . My mother never had subscriptions and newer made online payments or purchases so I'm trying to understand how this happened and how the identification was made . Thank you
Dear @Oanac ,
to help you I need the phonenumber of your mother and her four-digit personal customer ID/code. Then I can take a lokk, if I can find something. I'll write a private message from o2_Support to you.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Hy Andrea , from o2_Support .as I've said my mother doesn't have a costumer ID because she didn't made the subscriptions she only pays for them . The problem is that she has to stop them .from the bank send as to o2 so will go today with the paper from the police . If doesn't work only option is going back to police , find some customers protection service and probably a lawyer?
We only have the payments details . No phone numbers or client I'd,s .I have to stop it because a lot of payments are made towards o2 from my mothers account .
Dear @Oanac ,
when money is collected from your mother's account, there is a customer number on the account statement. With this number, the corresponding contract can be found. First of all, please give me this number in response to the private message I sent you.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Dear @Oanac ,
unfortunately, I did not receive any data from you as a private message, so I have now blocked access again.
