I was charged about 15€ extra this month and it is unclear why

This month I received the invoice and it says there are services charges for about 13 euros + charges for another phone number for 3 euros.

I signed a new contract by mistake but I requested to cancel it within the first 14 days (I have proof of the request) I even contacted the customer support and they said they canceled it and I wasn’t charged anything extra last month.

Why was I charged 13 euros extra services? And second why do I pay anything for the other number that is supposedly canceled?

 

I threw away the other SIM card when I was told that the contract was canceled. Now i am afraid and wondering if someone found it and is using it. Please help here!

Because an unwanted contract was involved i have checked your contract data and there’s no need to worry about that anymore. The second contract has been successfully deactivated 😊

The 13 € you mentioned are connection charges, meaning it’s fees that have been charged for connections outside of your flatrates. Have you maybe called someone who is currently not in Germany? Connections from Germany to other countries are considered international calls and therefore charged as such.

I advise you to check your itimized bill. You can do so in Mein o2 via browser or the app. You can find the itimized bill next to your regular invoice or you can simply follow this link > Einzelverbindungsnachweis / itimized bill
