thank you for this online forum! I’m really happy to find it, because I’ve got contradiction on information from different place.
I want to port my number to another provider (Vodafone) and I’ve got a form (Ubertragung liner Mobilrufnummer) that I need to send to o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com. Fulfilling it, I’ve found out that it contains the information that I don’t have, and I have a concern that it may be not the way I need to do.
So, could you please say, how can I transfer my number for o2?
Previously, I had o2 Prepaid XL. And, by a unknown reason, it was fully broken - no Internet, no calls, I can’t even top up my balance because of updated your app on iOS and the exception on form of charging led to the problem with locking tariff and notification to call to hotline, but they don’t know English . So, I went to o2 shop. I bought a card for 20EUR, move them to my balance, my tariff was unlocked, but partially! nothing from its resources was working, and guys from o2 shop said that they can’t help me, I need to call to hotline with which I have expected problem regarding German speaking. So, I absolutely don’t know what to do with my problem, and I will be happy just to move the number to English speaking provider, my big apologies.
Which actions are expected on my side to proceed the transfer? Should I do this action (fulfilling Ubertragung liner Mobilrufnummer and send to o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com) ? Or maybe you can help me unlock my tariff?

You release your phone number in the prepaid chat. Vodafone then orders the number portability.

You do not need to send in any forms to us for the porting, you only need to release the number here, by contacting the chat or hotline and afterwards Vodafone will have to actually start the porting process.

Your new provider will ask immediately. You can have your credit paid out.
