Hi , i just brought 2 sim card O2 simcard from 05.12.2020 and its have 24 month contract. I want to cancel both simcard and the contract. Will you make it for me. Because in my house there is no signal as well as in my office also there is no signal. So basically i cant used it at my daily area so i would like to cancel the contract and the sim card as well.  And what will be the extra cost because i think i am early exit. 

The cancellation period is 14 days. You can now only terminate the contract at the end of the 2 year term.


Can you atleast provide femtocell then i will really happy to continue used it if i can used it atleast in my room

I regret the missing signal in your home but unfortunately a femtocell is only available for business contracts not for private user. So we are unable to assist you in this matter.
