I want to cancel my unlimitted data tariff, I thought it was same payment with Mobile phone, now I am charge defferently on both contract, and that is too much for me to handle, I can manage to pay off the mobile device at once, but for the mobile tariff it need to be cancelled

I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel your contract already. If you have chosen a contract with a minimum contract duration of 24 months, you can cancel it by the end of the contract only.

 

You can withdraw from a contract within 14 days after activation. As you have already written, this deadline is already exceeded. I am sorry that we can’t help you in this case.
