I want a solution to the problem of weak and slow internet at home?

I am a new subscriber to this company, and I signed a two-year contract for the open internet for the phone at a speed of 500 megabytes, but inside the house the speed is only 1 to 2 megabytes. I just want a solution to this problem or cancel the contract

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the product you have chosen. If you tell me your zip code and maybe a cross street (near to your home adress), i can look up if a base station near you is broken.

There will be no solution.

With in the 14days you could withdraw contract.
