I still did not receive My SIM card yet and it has been 13 days
All shops are closed due to lock down so I ordered a SIM card online my address is correct and I have not received any card by post. It has been 13 days since I have ordered it. I received two days ago an email from O2 saying I have to activate the SIM card in 14 days or it will be canceled. Where is the SIM card? I’m new to Germany and I have business to do I need the SIM card as fast as possible. I also tried to contact support by chat it’s unavailable and by phone it doesn’t connect.

Same as mine, i still do not received my internet Simcard it is already 10 days. Ordered 26.2.21, at the receipt states that the gelieferte Ware will stay on them until the payment is completed, and it is due on 19.3.21, it is near 14 days, they still did not deduct my IBAN, they also do not send the sim. Very disappointing 02.

sorry to hear to hear that the SIM-cards have not reached you, yet.
Are we talking about an exchange SIM or a new contract?
If it is about a new contract please withdraw from the contract wihtin the first 14 days after ordering and receiving the “Widerrufsbelehrung”.
This can be done to use the form included in the mail, fill it out (handwritten or on your phone or PC) and send it back to widerruf@cc.o2online.de
If you haven´t received the SIM, that is the way to go. Please don´t wait to long to send the withdrawal, or Widerruf as we call it. SIM-Contracts will get activated automatically, after a certain period of time.
If the missing card is an exchange card, we´d cancel the SIM-Order for the exchange and create a new one.

I was a new contract and i received an email that my SIM card order has been canceled and the email is asking me to state why I canceled it. I’m very confused as to why O2 cancelled and What happens next. Do I apply again ?

Hello i also didnt receive my order sim card though my phone already arrived. It stated that it was already completed and i can no longer track the status of my order.
