I ordered an iPhone 13 and my order got cancelled by O2

Hello I send money to this account and the order didn't successfull and my money didn't return it

Have you allready spooken to the customer support? 

 


One thing what i can see on your screen is that there were no Bestellnr. or customer number written in the Reference. So it is possible that the billing departement wasn´t able to see to which order the money belongs.

    @Orhan90 if you haven´t allready contact the customer service, please call them tomorrow. 
    Unfortunately we, the mods,  can´t see the payments with no references so you have contact the financial departement.

    And them tell me wait 10 days

    I am still waiting and waiting

    Every employee send me to another employee 

    My money went out from bank

    Where is it going ?  no body know

    this payment is of March 6th already. What do you mean exactly with “the order didn’t successful”? Has the order been cancelled by us or by yourself?
