I just accidentally topped up another phone number

I accidentally topped up another phone number differing just by the last digit instead of my own. Is there any way that I can get the refund or just add those credit into my own number?

That's annoying, of course, and I hope it wasn't a large sum. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund in this case as we do not have access to another customer's data and therefore cannot trace the top-up.

I'm sorry that I can't help you in this case.
